Nothing worked today and I was only training. I honest don't know how long it will last. The smell bout killed me.

I kept mints and lemons around all the time! and put tissue in my nose till the smell went away lol

keep like a pack of peppermint gum on you that smell will help alot with the nausea :) just whip it out when you smell something nasty lol
