Omg my 16 month old son won't sleep in his own bed. I try everything but something telling he know he gonna be a big brother and he know mommy in pain and he trying to be with mommy at night time while his daddy at work. He seem to a big boy and try to protect mommy so I don't get hurt but am trying to show him that he need to be in his own bed but it dosnt help his room close to ours and he thinks to be in our room lot. How can I break/show him that I will be fine and he can be sleeping in his own bed instead of my bed. Because it really hard to carry him to one room to another while my lower back is hurting really bad.

if u can try to position both crib n bed on same sides or the roons so he can see u sleeping n vise versa also what helped my little girl was a nightlight its solar so when the sun is out its off n when dark it starts doing different colors n stars put a babygate so he wont get out of his room also maybe a bed time storie before bed and kneel and tell him face to face hes a big boy and can sleep by himself experts say talking to a child at their level helps them understand they dont feel afraid as of when ur standing over them n its true thats hows i got my babygirl to potty lol other then that its all my advice goodluck mama its hard for the little ones but keep at it :)
