dont be so hard on yourself!! use a warm or hot wash cloth & set it on your boobs for like 10 minutes. when the cloth cools down reheat it. your milk will start dripping a little. then try pumping or if you dont have one just hand pump. keep doing this throughout the night. it will come in. don't stress too much about it love you will get there. only a tiny bit comes out at a time. dont get too upset

@babygirl10-11, Keep trying to pump milk from your right breast. it will start coming back in. if you dont they will be different sizes. which will look kinda off balanced the rest of the time you are breastfeeding

didn't you just have your baby? did your milk even come in yet? for the first few days they are getting colostrum and it doesnt always look like it is coming out but it is. and nurslings can be quite fussy even when they are getting enough. have you seen your baby's diapers? You can ask and they often will tell you how the diapers are going like if baby is pooping and peeing. Breastfeeding seems common sense but it takes you and your baby time to adjust to it all. The more you have baby feeding directly from the breast, the more your baby and body will adjust to one another. Try again tomorrow. Go easy on yourself. It can be stressful when you just want everything to go right especially with your first. Take it one feeding at a time. :)
