I must say how they say if you Breast feed the pounds will fall right off, I can definitely vouch, if I remember correctly, my last visit before I had my daughter which was October 27th I think I weighed 245 (don't make fun of I know I was huge, because of eating the wrong things during my pregnancy) but today November 16th, I weighed myself and weighed 223.5 I must say it is 100% true cause for awhile I couldn't do much cause I had a c-section and another procedure cause of complications! so moral of the story breast feeding is awesome to help loose weight ayer having the baby on top of it being healthier for your little tyke

Yea it took a little extra time to heal from the second procedure but I'm just about back to normal now, just some discomfort but that's about it, @godsgift24

one of the reasons I want to breastfeed is to help drop some weight and also it's benefiting my child. before I got pregnant I was 246 I am now 32 weeks and I weigh 245. haven't gained anything. my son is growing more and more every week tho.

That's good @kaymariah that's one reason I wanted to breast feed a long time ago I was over 300 pounds and then dropped to 160 right before I got pregnant then got to 245 while I read pregnant and the main reason I wanted to breast feed was for my daughter's health but loosing the weight was definitely s plus

Yea it is. breastfeeding is beneficial in multiple ways I'm definitely going to try to breastfeed.

@kaymariah, I'll tell you this it is going to be painful at first still is sometimes now, my nipples have bled, gotten scabs on it, it looks horrible but it will get better. I'm not as sore as I was and my daughter is only almost 3 weeks
