does anyone have trouble eating and have headaches? Idk I eat 3 bits then put it down I'm losing…

Yes mines started yesterday and got worst today .... and tylenol doesn't work for me at all

Im the same way...have no appetite.. Lost 5 pounds.. Everything just smells and sounds disgusting:(

@lilmama @mlopez @t3mommy this is completely normal. There is more blood flow now which causes headaches. I also lost five pounds in my first trimester. You will gain it back and you will get a appetite after your over your morning sickness. Keep saltines near eat even if you are not hungry of you get up in the middle of the night eat a few crakers. It will get better 😀

@t3mommy they where my best friend during my first trimester. Gatorade and saltines. Also if your craving something east it, it normally means your body needs it.

@firefly thank God ,now I can tell my fiance that . sometimes when I crave things ,even though he still gets it ...he usually feels as though it's not a craving &⁢'s just something I WANT . doesn't make sense to me
