So I have a question maybe you can help? I have severe back pain but every-time I go to the dr or hospital they say it's normal. It's as if my back is going out. Can barely move! And it causes cramping in my pelvic area.. Any ideas on what to do for the pain? Hot showers and a microwaveable heating pad are not working!!

you need to lay on ice pack .. lay on ice 30 min then heat 30 min then ice then heat continue to rotate .. this is from a trick from a chiropractor that helps my mom shes had to back surgeries and it helps . ice takes away inflammation and heat relaxes it

I sleep with a pillow between my legs. I only have a microwaveable heating pad.. It's so bad I can barely get up sometimes and I'm a preschool teacher so I'm constantly moving! I'm only 3 months, but it's my second pregnancy! They also said I have a tilted uterus and it's hitting me back causing some of the pain. But it's gotten so out of control I need more help! Thanks for all the advice. Hope this Tylenol helps!!!

I have the same issue! Plus my pre existing back condition :( to the point where they put me on pain meds while pregnant! Well now the pain meds don't work and all they do is make me sleepy! So what helps me is a 3 extra strength Tylenol, heating pad all the way on high, laying on my left side, getting on all 4s in the doggy style position so baby will move off my back (it relieves a lot of the pressure too), I have my hubby massage right where it hurts until it feels a little better, a warm/hot bath soaking in it, and also laying on your left side with your right leg over your left and a pillow inbetween your legs! I hope this helped!
