Laila seems fine. it's how you want it, not how others want it. if they get it wrong, it's easy to correct. I deal with people mispronouncing/ misspelling my name, and it's only Brittany. (people spell it Britney all the time, and I hate it when they pronounce it without the 'uh' sound for the a. I just like the sound of brit-uh-knee better than brit-knee)
