Yes, knock on wood I haven't had any major trouble yet! I just can't have sex and if it doesn't move up I have to have a c-section, as long as you don't start bleeding its nothing to worry about:)
I was diag on Monday at 12+ so wks and I was so stressing but there's this app called baby bump and there's a placenta previa group that understands you, and comforts you, gives you advice and stuff. Their really supportive.
I have low lying placenta which I have been told that it will be move up. Time will tell. But think positive, don't stress 😃

me found out at 18 weeks, never had any bleeding and can't have sex as well.. kinda made me very scared will know if had move im December

BTW I haven't had any bleeding either. Can't lift my 19 month old or have sex. But I have faith it'll move up

Same here I have a 16 month old an hes taking it very hard that mommy can't pick him up
