I called when it first fell out and she said im fine unless I have fluid, consistent contractions or less movements. but ive been trying to be careful and less active!

@alissanicole, if your mucous plug came out usually labor follows behind so please be careful and just call the doc cause you may need to go in

I would not just keep track of the past n it could be contractions
