Yes that was my problem when I cut off the ends it got back to health and with the prenatal it's getting better ... @lopez.22 so just trim your hair and drink plenty of water let me see how it goes

yeah & they even make me constipated so I take them every other day the doctor said because they have alot of iron &that; causes constipation😡 & omg really lol I just want my hair to grow lol I'm ok with the hair on my legs n arms or even underarms lmao but maybe I needa trim it & get all the dead ends off let's see if then it grows pretty

@lopez.22, really ?! I've been drinking lots of water too!!! I wash my hair every week ... Idk my hair has just been growing so nicely I trimmed it last week & it's been bouncy & shiny ever since ! It was so dry & I didn't know what to do with it few weeks ago .... These prenatals are really good ! Hair has been growing on my arms & legs too :/ ' @lopez.22
