Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Any high risk pregnancy mamas here ? I'm still early in my pregnancy but since I'm high risk I have appointments every week sometimes two times a week I'm already over it 😩

I'm 6 weeks 1 day today, and I have zero pregnancy symptoms!!no nausea, no vomiting, no bloating, no frequent urination, no sore breasts (in the slightest), no fatigue !! I feel 100 percent not pregnant at all!! This is crazy, shortly after getting a positive my last pregnancy, I had it all... and was put on progesterone and that seemed to increase the intensity of my pregnancy symptoms. I'm so confused if I am having a chemical pregnancy is there anything that I can do?

Did anyone find out that they have diabetes? I'm feeling down I don't know what to do plz help😔😔👣🚼 I never had them before or with my last pregnancy i'm so scared I have to go to the hospital in the morning 😭😭
