Omg u have to try ginger ale the brand canada dry it tastes like sprite & it also makes u burp alot to relieve trapped gas haha

lol @jazzy try saltine crackers as well, eat them slow before you get out of bed and try and let them settle. that helped me on early work mornings

Lol yeah I feel ya before he found those nothing helped only thing that did was just not eating and that's not good and I still was sick a lot. And I have seen other people talk about preggie pops maybe those are similar I have never seen them tho @jazzy

Billy found them at Fred's they have like cherries and watermelons and blueberries on the front of the bag @jazzy I completely lost my appetite due to nausea still really don't have one but those suckers were awesome lol

My husband got me some suckers called sweet pops and they were a life saver!! Idk why but everytime I started to feel sick I would suck on one and it would get rid of my nausea
Citrus fruits helped me along with light soups, saltines, ginger ale. You might also try lemon heads or ginger candies.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
ugh yes I do too I still throw up & get nauseous here & there but at the beginning everything made me nauseous I had to cover my nose & not wat alot & I'll still throw up so I feel you @jazzy
