I've read some sad stories about moms who tried to induce labor using it. My midwife doesn't recommend it either. She says it can cause effect the baby too and when that happens the baby is born still. It doesn't happen to everyone and it can be risk free from some people but I just wouldn't take the chance.

well everyone's pregnancy is different, everyone's bodies are different and everyone in my family who's tried it babies came perfectly fine so I'm still gonna try it @alhynele

I would just let her come naturally. Or if anything be induced. I don't know what it is but it says 'laxative.' This is all a natural thing a woman's body does don't rush it.. I get your anxious but I wouldn't start messing around with stuff you've heard induces labor. I do hope your babe comes early as you want her out so bad but just let it happen when it's suppose to:) @natassja97

my friend did it & it worked for her!! she said she pooped like crazy after she did it though & then she went into labor and progressed very quickly she was at a 6 when she went to the hospital! good luck!!
