muscle spasms or baby movement? It was on the right side of my abdomen above my belly button. I've always heard you can't feel baby movement until your at least 15 or 16 weeks.

some people feel movement sooner than others. it could be baby movement

Sounds like pelvic stretching to me you can google it and get a little more insight but I think that's what it is. Feel better ladies! 😘😘
