Love those swollen ankles lol. Anyone have any suggestions for what I can wear in the winter to work cause my flip flops won't work and I am on my feet a lot at work

try putting them in hot water with salt and my midwife told me she recommend pregnant womens to use sneakers

so totally an old lady thing but.... compression socks. with sneakers. i am actually in need of some. ive had canckles here for a solid week or so... but they help keep the swelling down
