You can, just pump before so your baby has some. You'll just have to throw away the milk for a few hours after you're finished drinking.

there's a certain amount of hours you have to wait after drinking to breastfeed again so you really have to be careful I would talk to my doctor specifically and find out how much you need to pump and how much you need to get rid of in order for things to be normal and safe for the baby! always better safe than sorry besides in just a short while you'll be done nursing and you can go back to all the alcohol you want lol right now is time for baby I think you made a good choice. You can buy little strips that you dip in your breast milk to test it and make sure that it's safe for baby.
