Quick question, how many pounds should I gain in my third trimester? I'm 33 weeks and been 143 pounds since 30 weeks im a bit concerned is this normal?

I am 28 weeks and my son is already 3 pounds. I am inducing myself at 37 weeks.
So my weight is 140lbs. My pre pregnancy weight was 135. I lost 3 pounds due to not eating a lot for 2 weeks during pregnancy! So I've gained 7 pounds. And I'm only 5 pounds up from where I started at 21 weeks!
My stomach is sooo heavy at this point I’m ready for these 4 weeks to fly by !! Idk why my stomach be so huge for my kids to come weighing 5/6 pounds at 39 weeks they be so tiny compared to most the babies in the nursery !!! Maybe I carry a lot of water idk but it makes no sense and I guarantee when I go for my sono next week when I turn 36 weeks they gone say she’s only 4 pounds right now !!!
What has everyone gained in their pregnancy? I've gained 17 pounds already and am almost 22 weeks 😫

I looked at some videos and they said normally a woman gain a pound a week
