I had a Dr appointment last week, she said it was normal, all my blood work came back normal and my blood pressure was good as well. I have another on Monday so we'll see what they say. @meplusmytwo

@meplusmytwo they are like this 24/7 and it hurts to walk..

have you tried soaking them in Epson salt. I had my husband get a bucket and put hot water and Epson salt with mint in it the mint brings down the swelling. also try drinking cinnamon tea that helps with swelling too. @leow24

I use ice packs while I have them up
