Did not know you still can have painful contractions days after having the baby. I was just in so much pain it wasnt even funny. 😯😢

Girl I bet, lol yeah massaging it will help reduce the bleeding, that's why women breast feed cause it helps to contract it faster, well feel better and get skinny quick 😉
They didnt tell me nothing about this at the hospital before i left. They just kept saying if the bleeding got super bad to call them. nothing about contractions a few days later. But i called my dr today & he explained it to me. so i feel alittle bit better. it just happend out of no were and freaked me out.! @mrssabby
@octbaby1031, if you massage your stomach it won't hurt so bad they usually keep going until ur uterus shrinks back, but at the hospital before you leave they show you how
yea they do hurt like hell. i was calling my dr crying to him . lol . he was trying to explain to me how theyr normal. i took some ibuprofen & it got better. :) thank goodness. @cassiereyna14

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Having back pain is nothing compared to this rib pain😖
