So before I got pregnant my back has been pretty jacked. If I lay on my back it locks up. But last night I laid on my back and my right hip seemed to lock up with my back and I didn't know how I could move. I was bawling cause it hurt so bad. Has anyone else had this happen? And if so what did you do to help it?
Well I use heating pads, icy hot, & hot/warm showers help. but even then they really don't help much if I could I would take aleeve it works wonders when I'm not pregnant. I hope you feel better
I have siatica it sounds just about the same only my pain goes from my right hip all the way down to my knee sometimes it gets to where I can't walk & have to sit for 20 to 30 minutes
unpopular opinion :
i hate ppl who say they hate the police bc they “locked up so & so” 😕 maybe don’t hang out w/ ppl who break the law & they won’t get locked up ?🤷🏼♀️
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
