got shots today :/ flu & that other one, . got one in each arm.... how do they expect me to sleep arms are sore to the bone an can't sleep on my back ugh ........

@dmariejj, I slept with 2 ice packs felt good an some Tylenol it was a okay night. they said the tdap would hurt worst... for me at least the flu shot one hurts more. I only got it cause the baby it protects him up to 6 mo this after being born .

So, any advice on taking care of a sunburnt one and a half year old?? Especially when they are sleeping. My son moves around in his sleep so he didn't sleep much last night. He got burnt on his arms, hands and back😭😣

ariesbabe.x Like others have said a vinegar bath is good & also putting coconut oil on it helps
