so before I got pregnant I was a smoker and I would smoke a pack a day(I know yuck) but when I first got a positive test I went cold turkey and haven't smoked one since. now its starting to catch up to me, I'm getting bad anxiety and easily irritated and my cravings for a cigarette is getting soooo bad! do any of u have suggestions on what I can do to make this go away? its getting to be really really hard. BTW I'm 32 weeks I'll be 33 on Monday
