Quick question ladies... Does anyone know much about low dose baby aspirin? My fertility specialist wants me to take it daily but then again I read so much dangerous stuff about it and how it may or may not cause miscarriages...?! Does anyone know info on it??? Help please?
@alhynele, - thank you very much! I appreciate everything.. He told me to take it because aspirin is a blood thinner and it can help prevent blood clotting that can cause miscarriages in early pregnancy. That is why I'm taking it. I know it's not so safe but I figure if they are specialist and know what they are talking about it can't hurt me but help me.. 😁😃
Hmm well if your specialist thinks it's safe then I guess it's okay. I've just been told by my midwife and my OB ( I see both) that Tylenol is the safest. Maybe there's a reason u need the aspirin, it may have an effect that u benefit from. I'm glad you're pregnant, I think about u every now and then and when I saw your post today I was so excited for u. Sending u lots of prayers for a healthy full term baby!!
My fertility specialist told me too and many other women are on it..?! They have been doing just fine in their pregnancy. I think I only take it for the first trimester cause it's not recommended later in pregnancy.
Do not take aspirin at all. Tylenol is really the only safe drug u can take right now
maybe you should ask about taking baby Tylenol instead... because Tylenol is safe for women to take during pregnancy
