So I just announced my 2nd pregnancy on FB. I had asked the hubby to tell his mom a while back but he doesn't like talking to her and I just gave up asking him. I don't think it's a big deal since it's our second but I got a call from my MILs BFs Mom (she is old and I love her) and she kind of made it seem like my MIL was probably going to have a problem with us not calling to tell her. Did I do something wrong? I mean this lady cancels plans with us and doesn't make an effort to see her 1st grandchild (my baby) so why do I have to be the only one trying?
no ur not mean it seems like u all shldnt go over there anyway bc of what u said goes on . it shouldnt be a one way street she needs to make an effort too not just u all
@kaylhunt2, i don't think it's so much because my mil doesn't want to handle the baby, it's more she is mad that we don't go to her house and visit her but I am tired of going to her house. People are always drinking and she always has strangers over and their dog is so our of control. We stopped going over when I got pregnant because her dog jumps on people and I didn't wan somthing back to happen. So we would start inviting her out but eventually she stopped accepting our invitations because we just wouldn't want to go to her house. I just don't want to put my child in a bad environment, if she wants to associate with her people then I shouldn't have to go over and be ignored while she entertains..idk. Maybe I am mean?
that is the same way my mother in law treats me. she dumps her other grandchildren on me to watch, then i get crap when i cant take them, yet she wont take them anywhere because "theyre too much trouble" they are really sweet boys, she just wont.puy in the effort.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
@kats0329, thank you! That's really how I feel. I was thinking of going over for thanksgiving but hubby really doesn't want to so I'm not going to get involved anymore.
