I drink the tea for my 1st nd 2nd but when I had my second my aunt's girlfriend told me to do the hot extremely hot shower and it was a + both things work + its natural is like inducing ur self a natural way and you can keep drinking and showering all u want bcz it's natural

it make u get contraction and the extremely hot water makes u have contractions but it makes bb uncountable enough 2 want to come out

I do bought before and after the tea

nd when u finis the tea or even while u make it 2 extremely hot shower but only wet ur belly and back
