I don't know if this is normal but I get the feeling like if im going to get the runs and I go to the restroom it's nothing I get cramps but it feels like if it were just gas that I have inside

I had that before I got pregnant it was really bad !! my lungs used to hurt because it was mixed with acid reflux ... lolololol
