does anyome else get horrible theobbing migraines? tylenol wont help what can i do?

Nurses at the hospital told me about that medicine combo. I take it for bad cramps or back pain.. it is completely safe to take btw!! I'm super paranoid about taking stuff while pregnant but it is 100% safe.
