I hear if you lube yourself and stretch your wooha it can prevent tearing. However I worry about it staying stretched after the baby. it's like constantly stretching a rubber band until it's just big... what do you ladies think?

I called my Dr to ask if I could take potassium pills but they said no & told me to stretch my legs before bed & when I get up. it's hard to stretch your legs while pregnant! lol.
