I hear if you lube yourself and stretch your wooha it can prevent tearing. However I worry about it staying stretched after the baby. it's like constantly stretching a rubber band until it's just big... what do you ladies think?
some times you don't tear, my ob had to cut me with my first because she was to big, you get stitches afterwards , and you don't stay stretched out ,
I really really hate the fact that I got stretch marks on my boobs. And it kinda bothers me when mommas tell me they are something to be proud of because it's my baby tattoos or my proof I was growing a miracle...I'm pretty sure once my son is in this world with me HE will be the proof I grew a miracle inside me. I know they try to make me feel better about it but there really is nothing beautiful about stretch marks! No matter how you put it.

did any of you ladies have terrible Charlie horses while you were pregnant? I called my Dr to ask if I could take potassium pills but they said no & told me to stretch my legs before bed & when I get up. it's hard to stretch your legs while pregnant! lol. I have been eating bananas but it's not helping.
oh OK so I probably won't do the lube prestretching think
