I just went to Dicks Sporting Goods (: they had a bunch of them but I just got a cheap one that came with a hand pump to blow it up!(:

@tylynnpeterson, is it a yoga ball or a "pregnancy ball".. I don't know anything about it. lol

I read online that there literally isn't a difference between a exercise ball and a birthing ball so I just got a exercise ball (: make sure you get either a 65 or 75 cm ball tho. Or you will have some tiny little ball that won't do you any good! I got the 65 cm one and it's still smaller then I was thinking. But it works (: I only bounced on it for like 30 minutes last night and I think it already got her down a little lower!!
