I feel horrible :( I took off of work today because I'm hurting so bad .. I called my doctor and now I'm waiting for his nurse to get me in.. tmi but I have IBS and I haven't went to the bathroom in 4 days I'm curled in a ball because I hurt so bad!

I know they say you shouldn't drink coffee pregnant but one cup will not hurt you I have the same thing ( even before pregnant) and I drink a warm cup of coffee when I'm having that is sure and it always helps me!

awh im wishing the best for u! im having severe cramps and waiting for doctor to call back too if she doesnt call u soon i would call again or go to er 😞 feel better!
