@mariaa_vrr, I felt my baby a lil lower but idk if it's cuz my due date is really close I started this late but I read that it helps ease ur contractions.

Not really, but I only drink it once a day so i'ma start doing it more frequently throughout the day. It actually helps me go to the bathroom since I've been constipated :/

@mariaa_vrr have u felt anything different?
