@babygirl10-11, I scared my husband too this morning he panicked for a few mins then started massaging my leg & it went away. I actually had eaten 2 bannanas an hr before going to bed but thanks I didn't know they helped for leg cramps.

I had my first one 2 night ago & it was soo painful ! when they talked about me getting cramps in my leg I didn't think it would be a big deal until now .... & it sucks that it doesn't go away for a while
