@rere_19, the baby will take what it needs from your body before you, like if you aren't getting enough calcium then it'll be taken from your bones. If you cant keep ANYTHING down not even water and you're dehydrated then you might want to be concerned. if you're just getting sick every so often then baby will be fine.

@rere_19, also when u ger sick if you take ur prenatal it helps him get what u couldnt keep down so he doesnt steal everything from your body
