so I was told that I'm not supposed to eat lunch meat while I'm pregnant. .do anybody know why this is..??

due to cross contamination theres a risk of listeria. it could cross to your baby if the meat wasn't handled well, you can eat lunch meat just make sure it is new and handled properly or just heat it up that's what I do!

o.ok..I was just wondering because when I went to get my wic the nutrienist asked me if I ate at subway n I hardly do but I said yes and she said it isn't good for the baby..but now I know why..thank you guys.. @sarah3 @klander95
