anyone else have low iron and take iron pills ?

Try taking a prenatal that already has iron. I only take two pills once a day :) I'm anemic.

see that's the thing i hate peanuts and beans, and I'm anemic.. so i have to take them 3 times a day it sucks ! @februarybaby

@natassja97, thats weird.. I take mine if I know I dont eat alot of peanuts or red meat or beans.

see thats the thing they make me go more, they told me that a side effect would be constipation and ive been on them for a while and never been constipated @februarybaby

@natassja97, if u drink alot of oj and water it helps. I do a apple a day it makes it easyer for us to go
