My boyfriend has another kid and the mom is going crazy on him now saying she is taking him to court and now saying she won't let her baby and my baby see eachother could she do that?

if I say I do not want my baby daddy's mom up to visit the baby when the baby is born can I say I don't want her there? will my baby daddy have a say if she can see him?

I call my husband babe, so now Ryleigh calls him babe. I’ll correct her and say “no, daddy” and she’ll say daddy, but then do it again lol. Like just now she woke up and was saying “babe” because she wanted him. Sooooooo, I guess I have to rewire my brain to call him daddy instead of babe? 😂🤦🏾 ♀
Still laying here in the hospital bed. Then all a sudden my sister in law her 3 year and my 7 month and my hubby and my brother in law all walk in at once and smile and they said the doctor is gonna come in soon to talk to me. So I wait for about 25 minutes and the doctor walks in and says congrats.. And I'm like what?!? And she says I don't know if there's two babies!! And in like what happen!! I'm starting to cry. And she said... Your gonna have 3 babies!!! I said what!!!! Omg!!! 3! And she said yes! My hubby fainted and they took him to the er and then they put him in a wheelchair and bought him back to my room. Haha! I'm so excited!!! 3 babies my sister in law must hate me right now! Now I'm just waiting for my dad to come and tell him the big news!!!

If your boyfriend is a goo father then no she can't. She would have to either prove her child is in danger while being there, it's not a good living space for the child. OR if the child is over te age of 12 they can testify in court as to which parent they want to live with.

Oh wow that's a long time. Yea she's saying how he will never see his daughter because he doesn't do anything for her we had her for past three weeks she got her two days past three weeks then brought her back there is no court order on anything @californiahaley

@ashlieleanne, it might help your boyfriend to get a court order for custody. But go prepaired!! Pictures. Paper work. Statements from friends and family. Ect.

@ashlieleanne, okay then she can't testify in court. But worst case she can be sent to a child physiatrist court appointed. To see how she feels about both houses and about you being her dad's gf and the new baby and stuff. But then the physiatrist would testify basically on her behalf.

I'm fine with that she's good with both family's it's just the fact that her mom and dad don't get along and her mom saying she won't see her little brother or sister

@ashlieleanne, if it does come to that I highly suggest that your bf demands that both parents go in as well that way the person sees all sides. The psychiatrists can be a bit one sided. Ours was and it made for a horrible back and forth.
