About 16 weeks. FTM too but doctor said my placenta is towards my back so I can feel baby easier cause she doesn't have to go through the placenta for me to feel her. I would say it's a blessing and a curse lol. I feel her so much now! I'll be 20 weeks tomorrow and I swear she is always moving lol

13 weeks was little flutters like gas. wasn't till 20 weeks i actually felt kicks or punches which ever abdomen he decided to poke me with.
