Some women can get symptoms as early as 4 weeks or anytime after that. Usually I've heard 6+weeks for most. I had hardly any symptoms at all. I just noticed I was late and took a test. my breasts were tender too, but that would usually happen with my period anyways. Starting to show a baby bump...again it varies, but usually around 15+ weeks. I didnt really start showing until around 22+weeks.
