i was 17 weeks whenever i found out an my baby was ready to say hello he spread his leggs as soom as she put the thing on my belly lol it was funny :)

I had to wait until 20 weeks too! Makes it more special, and then you will know 100%!

Lol well just put yourself in my shoes me and my hubby promised to wait til birth to find out, I've had ultrasounds every two wks since week 10 due to a bleed, my hubby has been twice, so the other 3 times it took everything in me to keep that promise, but once I leave not knowing it gets even more exciting!

@march21st, just try to stay busy until then..as you can see everybody found out at different times I on the other hand thought it was normal at time I found out but as long as you know he or she is healthy then your good....think of boy and girl names while you wait also

I wound up not finding out till 26 weeks due to Dr changes. that was frustrating. hang in there.

It sucks but they will be really sure of the anatomy scan by then. I'm having mine at 20 weeks too! It's only a few weeks but seems like forever. It'll be with the surprise! We're here for you!

20+ weeks is the best to wait for gender reveal ultrasound any sooner and it maybe difficult to see or not developed all the way and you have to go back a few weeks later....than you'll be even more frustrated. Trust me when you see your beautiful baby for the first time to know he/she is healthy and gender reveal the wait will be totally worth it!! Good luck!'

usually that's the wait, unless you pay for a private one yourself, that's what I do.

idk what kind of doctor you have I was a little over 14 weeks and they CALLED and told me what I was having. call and ask them why do you have to wait so long? is there anything you need to be concerned about etc?
