I have had a c section and a vaginal. it can be stressful either way because u don't have any clue as what to expect. with your first especially. there are pros and cons to both. I personally liked a c section better as far as recovery. it took me more than 6 weeks to recover from my vaginal bc I tore pretty good but everyone has a different experience. and prefers one over the other! I had a csection and it was not pleasant. I hope you have a good birth no matter what happens. Don't be afraid your body knows what to do.
