So the father of my child and I decided to name our son Edward Alexander Harden. check this out: his dads name is Edward Allen Harden sr, my boyfriend name is Edward Allen Harden jr, and his brother name is Allen Alexander Harden (so you see where my child's name is coming from) apparently everyone on my moms side is mad at the name and is literally texting non stop with names. What do I do? I love the name beause whenever I have a girl her name is going to be Lacey Alexanderia Harden (too cute). Is the name too old?

Do what ever you want. It's your kid not theirs. If that's what you like the go with it. It's not like your naming your kid Apple or something.

Handsome name. Older names to me make a child sound like they'll be wiser. xD if you have a girl in my opinion I wouldn't do Alexander as a middle name it's a boy name but add IA so it'd be alexandria but do what makes you happy. Tis your kid no one elses.

My son's names going to be Adian James AJ for nickname so I'm going old fashioned too lol my grandpa first name is james as is my husbands fads name them my dad's middle name is James. Worked out by accident some how seeing with my husbands last name hard to find names to go well xD
