No, it's fine. Sometimes the baby's kicks aren't strong or you just feel flutters that can also be mistaken for gas, if by 18 weeks you haven't felt any, call and ask the doctor to see you can come in and get check for the peace of mind, I wouldn't worry about it though, worrying isn't good for baby or you. But if it is too unsettling call the doctors and ask if they can do a check of the heartbeat and stuff.

I think I was like 3 months when I heard my other kids heart beat, and like 4 and a half to 5 months before movement.... Then kicking began, I have childeren and Oregon now I'm only 11 and a half weeks

I didn't feel kicks for a long time because my placenta was in front so he had to get stronger to feel kicks through that. On the Doppler at the office I heard it at 15 weeks (1st appointment) but I could never find it on my own.

A lot of doctors actually discourage buying your own dopplers/fetal monitors because if you can't find the heart beat at any point it can cause huge amounts of unnecessary worry and stress for the mother. It's definitely something I'd recommend not using until the baby is farther along and locating a heartbeat will be much easier. 😁

If this is your first pregnancy sometimes it's harder to notice what the movement feels like, I didn't feel anything till around 20 weeks I may have felt something before then but didn't realize.

You usually don't feel anything until 18-20 weeks and sometimes even longer. I only felt little "pops" once or twice a day and they started at 18 weeks. Now I'm 20 weeks and my tummy moves from the kicks but everyone is different. I felt nothing at 16 weeks

I agree with everyone. Don't worry it's still early and everyone is different. :)
