Im not sure if im having contractions or not but these pains are killing😩

Could be Braxton hicks... It's a little early to be having real contractions. If you have bleeding and discharge I would go see your doctor. :) hope it's just growing pains and nothing serious. Good luck!

Is it constant pain or does it last a few minuets and stop and starts again?

Is it like she's head butting you? Or like her head is right there on your lady bits and pressing down?
