Well than I quess I just had my very first Braxton hick contraction @lulukiddy it hurt it lasted for a more than 5min I also couldn't breath in the beginning too

They're only gonna go downhill from here! Sorry to say it.. That also sounds like an anxiety attack to me, to be honest, but I don't it could be a BH. @fanny217

Yeah, it's because the tightening up hit your diaphragm.. Mine do that too, it also makes it feel like my hears gonna beat out of my chest, luckily mine don't last long. @fanny217
