Leg cramps... ?
So...I have been having legs cramps, painful and waking me up but they go as quick as they come. Well they did... the other night I had cramp so bad I screamed as I woke up and "jumped" as much as I could out of bed. Anyway, my leg is still killing me. Tell me others are having this pain??!!

babybump_user I've suffered with this for years and the best thing for me has been regular magnesium (over
babybump_user Tonic water for the low dose of quinine is supposed to help.
