Short luteal phase?! 😫 why!!? What I thought was implantation bleeding (7dpo) has pretty much turned into my first post partum period. 😓 does breast feeding cause this? Low progesterone? What can I do about it?

This means I should ovulate in the next 12-38 hrs right? We haven’t done it since Saturday. Also the positive one was taken with FMU. Should I take another later just to know for sure?
