My baby roll onto his belly and his face would be pressed into the mattress. He presses the entire front of his face into the mattress and it does not look like he has much space for air to go through. I keep putting him on his back but gets fussy I'm scared any advice he just turn 3 months

I do want to have sex but the pain is intense I feel like he is cutting me I feel bad because he wants some but I just can't. I'm not bleeding but my vagina hurts even when I sit or bend down.
