Every time I poop it feels like I'm ripping my butthole and it every time its all bloody on my stool and when I wipe

Has this happened to anyone ?
I'm 4 weeks postpartum

I seriously hold it until I can't hold it anymore and nearly cry when I go

Just worked a 9 hour shift
Now time to go home and give my handsome boy a bath, watch a movie and relax ❤

I really hate the way my body looks after the baby, do you think it will go back to normal ?

Its everywhere ! All over the bed and blankets , all over me, all over him

I broke, we had sex its been 2 weeks and 2days since I've had the baby and I only have 1 stitch

Do you think I'll be ok ?

My boyfriend took me on a date. He was being so romantic , just touching & looking at me in a certain way ..
it was just so hard to not come home and just have sex, gosh these next 4 weeks better fly by!

I think I'm suffering from postpartum depression, I'm really starting to feel no love for my boyfriend anymore 😦
What can I do ?
