38 years old, Steampunk diva, massage therapist, yoga lover, mom and soon to be mom of 2. Newlywed (third times the charm). New homeowner and turning back into a stay at home mom after a very ambituous career in adult education and sales for last 6 years.
I love teaching, but im ready to simplify, mindfulness taught earlier increases mindful adults.
Looking for advice and moms in my area for playdates and shared experiences.
1st child is autistic, has ADD and SPD.

Does anyone know a gracious way to get through to other moms in a small town. I've been here 2 years and I'm still getting the stink eye and rejected playdates. It's so sad because they are pre-judging and the kids suffer for it.

Why does he think running errands with a newborn and school ager isnt stressful or hard?

I did a test about a year ago. I sent him out for groceries with a very specific list, no kids, during peak grocery hours and a time limit. He came back with mostly right stuff and acted as if i had asked him to dismantle a bomb, when he had to get back by a certain time.

They just dont get what we do. He assumes im hangingn it all day and i assume hes working all day. Im suppo...

My daughter is helping me at a sales convention. Whats an appropriate amount to pay her for helping me? Shes 9 years old.

Frustrating afternoon with homework for my newly reintegrating kiddo at school. She really was balling over spelling sheets. I feel for her but its hard to see her perspective when its really simple work..

Tried to take a shower to cool off. Still annoyed and sad about my daughters non compliance with her rash treatment. I dont want it to get worse but shes just so obstenant.
And my hubby (not her dad), keeps arguing with me about what im going to do with our baby to be. Dont i have enough stress?
