After 50 days still no period. I thought it was an anovulatory cycle. Never had in these 50 days a positive ovulation test. Today I think so. What do you think? I'm shocked

This month I've had 10 days with lh level very high (without peak). Now I'm late about 3 days and the test is absolutely negative. My period is regular but it's missing yet. No synthomp. What happened ? What can I do? I'm so worried 😩 help!
